Thank you for kicking my A$$ tonight at Pilates. It wasn't enough that you were subbing for dear, sweet Lorraine, but then you had to increase my springs all night long. The only saving grace was doing long spine instead of genghis khan. If I make it up the stairs tonight, I'll consider that a success. (I may have to roll down them in the morning.) Again, thank you Linda, my abs are hating you right now.
